Netplay Hero Can Beat Anyone With Any Character

IN an effort to showcase his developed abilities in Super Smash Bros. Melee, Melbourne-man Seth Harvey was reported to be rolling his cursor rapidly over the character select screen during a NetPlay set, to show he can beat complete strangers with any character.

“It’s like a roulette, I think. I’ll just wheel my cursor around on the roster rapidly until they make their selection, then I’ll counterpick. That way the other guy knows I mean business.” Harvey advised reporters.

He continued: “If they start moving to select Fox, I’ll immediately focus my high-speed cursor movements between Sheik and Captain Falcon, to show they’re my counterpicks.”

“I’ve been picking Sheik more lately though.” Harvey deliberated, humbly suggesting he’s less skilled with Captain Falcon, even though he’d JV5’d another player just 20 minutes prior.

“If I make a mistake and they win a match, I’ll immediately ditto them with their character, then play as aggressively as possible to show how much better I am at their main.” said Harvey, who routinely bodies newcomers with Game & Watch just to show he can.

Reporters have been advised that if anyone selects Peach or Samus, Harvey will systematically perform a series of swift inputs to counterpick with Marth, change his costume color to White and press start twice in succession to commence a match on Final Destination, like a menu-based wavedash.
